# Minneapolis Public Schools to Host Annual Public Hearing and Powwow on Nov. 16

The American Indian Education Department will host its Annual Public Hearing and Fall Powwow on November 16 from 4:30 to 7:30 p.m. at North High School, according to Minneapolis Public Schools. The event will include a meal, a community report, student recognition, and the introduction of the 2026-27 American Indian Parent Advisory Committee.

The event is free and open to all, and families needing transportation can complete a taxi request form.

#### Annual Public Hearing and Fall Feast & Powwow Nov. 16

The American Indian Education Department will host its Annual Public Hearing and Fall Powwow Monday, Nov. 16 from 4:30-7:30 p.m. at North High School (1500 James Ave. N).

Join us for a meal at 4:30 p.m. followed by a community report, student recognition, and an introduction of the 2026-27 American Indian Parent Advisory Committee.
